Meet the Woodland Hills Team Behind Fielding ADU Woodland Hills
We’re not a rotating cast of subcontractors who show up once and vanish. The crew that starts your ADU, garage conversion, or room addition in Woodland Hills is the same crew that finishes it. Most of the people below have been building in the San Fernando Valley for over a decade, through summer heat waves and the occasional surprise downpour that turns a footing trench into a swimming pool. What unites us is simple: we write down what we’ll do, we do it, and we stand behind it for a year. Here’s who you’ll actually see on your property.
Our People

Reed Calloway, Owner
Reed runs the Woodland Hills location of Fielding ADU Builders, and he’s been in construction since 2006, when Garrison Partners first set The Garrison Standard. Reed is the person who walks your lot before a quote is written, and he’s the one who will tell you straight if a sewer line reroute is going to add six thousand dollars to your ADU budget before you’ve signed anything. He’d rather lose a bid than surprise you later. Reed still spends his Saturdays walking active job sites in Woodland Hills, Winnetka, and Canoga Park with a level in the truck and a tape measure clipped to his belt. Off the clock, he rebuilds vintage motorcycles, which he says teaches the same lesson as construction: if it is not square, you will find out at speed.
Daniel R., Lead Technician
Daniel has spent 14 years in residential construction, nine of them on detached structures and additions. He holds a California general building contractor’s license and is the lead on most of our garage conversions and prefab ADU placements, including Abodu and Cover units that require careful foundation tolerances. Daniel grew up in Chatsworth and still lives off Topanga Canyon Boulevard, so he knows how Woodland Hills lots behave differently from, say, a flat track in Northridge. He’s the one checking anchor bolt placement and shear wall nailing on every project before inspection day. Human detail: Daniel keeps a small orange cat named Rebar who has, on two separate occasions, walked across fresh concrete at his own house. He still finished the slab smooth.
Maria S., Service Coordinator
Maria is the voice on the phone when you call (559) 254-0116, whether it’s noon or midnight. She’s been with Garrison Partners for eight years and runs scheduling, permits, and the written-price paperwork that lands in your hand before any work starts. Maria is the reason your building permit gets submitted with the right check and your inspection is booked on a Tuesday, not a someday. She also coordinates our background-checked, uniformed crew assignments so you know exactly who is walking onto your property. Maria grew up in Reseda and knows the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety process well enough to predict which inspector will ask about the driveway, which one will squint at the title-24 details, and which one will pass you in ten minutes. That kind of local knowledge saves clients real weeks on Woodland Hills ADU timelines.
Alex T., Apprentice
Alex is in year two of the crew, learning framing, flashing, and waterproofing from Daniel and the rest of the senior team. He came to us after finishing general construction pre-apprenticeship courses at LATTC and a year working warehouse logistics, which means he knows how to keep material orders from becoming site-clogging chaos. Alex works with James Hardie siding cuts and Tuff Shed-style structures, and he’s becoming our go-to for detail work like eave returns and trim that actually lines up. He’s a Woodland Hills native who lives near Warner Center and usually arrives with cold-brew coffee in a thermos that has outlived two work trucks. If you see a young guy re-checking a string line twice before we snap it, that’s him, and that’s the habit we want in an apprentice.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Fielding ADU Woodland Hills project runs on The Garrison Code: show up in the window we gave you, put the price in writing before a single nail is driven, build by the book, leave the site clean, and stand behind the work for a full year. Daniel does not price a garage conversion differently than Reed would. Maria does not schedule an inspection differently depending on which builder the homeowner picked. Alex gets corrected the moment a line is out of square, not after the drywall covers it. We work with prefab platforms like Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, Dvele, and Plant Prefab, plus conventional builds, but the standard does not change with the method. If something fails inside that year, we come back and make it right at no charge. That’s not a marketing line. It’s The Garrison Standard, it’s in writing, and it applies to every project in Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Tarzana, and the rest of the valley we serve.
Ready to talk about your project? Call (559) 254-0116. Reed or Maria will answer, day or night, and you’ll get a straight answer and a written price before any work begins.
